The location, easy parking, proximity of local market and supermarkets.

No sunbeds, extremely uncomfortable terrace chairs, poor kitchen equipment: problematic coffee machine (which we stopped using and buying our own), no cutting knives for meat/vegetables (only a bread knife so we had to buy our own), no proper kitchen towel (again, bought our own). The place was not super clean when we arrived (the dishwasher filter was disgustingl, the inside of kitchen cupboards when glasses and cups are were really dusty,…) The pictures showed colourful decorations on the beds and tablecloths/placemats but none of that was available on site. When we enquired about a mid stay house clean we were simply told it was not included and weren’t offered any solutions. This is the first time this has happened. Additionally, when someone came to to some repairs/maintenance, the person did not clean up after themselves.
