Very modern - has everything. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Has the facility to offer 2 separate spaces as one of the bedrooms is upstairs and has its own bathroom and kind separate other room and its own terrace. Parking is brilliant - double space so we were able to fit a large car into it (5 series BMW) just be aware that the roads getting off Main Street to the building are v narrow and cars parked, so take it easy. - area is very good and location great for train 10 minutes, beach 12 minutes, supermarket 5 minutes. Old Antibes 22 minutes - all walking. Zhara the property manager was extremely helpful and met us onsite.
When you arrive first the area just feels a bit, well the road it’s on is off a main road and one way in is this very narrow lane way- so if you come in that way at night - you’re kinda looking over your shoulder a bit. But tbh it is fine.

Stunning apartment, clean, great size, outdoor space, with everything you need. Great location, minutes walk from a fab bakery, supermarket and close to beaches and train station/bus. Would recommend.
Just a dustpan and brush needed! Everything else perfect.
