This is a beautiful studio apartment in a brand new, gated apartment complex. The location was important for us as it was close to family. As its new it is very clean and modern.

New modern apartment, clean.
On booking I was asked to pay a city tourist bed tax by direct Bank transfer to the owner of the apartment. I tried to contact booking.com to ask if I needed to pay but despite several attempts to online chat I did not get an answer so paid the money fearing my booking would not be honoured if I did not.
The kettle was broken on our arrival and I asked the owner for a new one and was asked to use the hob and a pan which worked ok but was not ideal.
