    Room booked by myself for two members. My train missed. My friend reached there at 5 pm and lady very good person give room to him and in the evening at 10 manager called me and speak worsely and he forcefully vacate the room and cancel my booking and I lost my money and late night my friend go out and take room at Prem Nivas Hotel. Please Agoda don't add this type of hotel. If it is happened for a family what should they do?
