Maybe there was a misunderstanding, and a misalignment of expectations, but nevertheless we had a comfortable stay. We were told the apartment was vacant, but we ended up having a police roommate (false information provided by owner over the phone). We were charged cash for an extra room, which we had to agree to since we were tired and just wanted to sleep, and the owner didn't assist with cancelling the booking on his end. We confirmed with the owner by chat about booking 2 separate rooms for 3 people altogether, but he said we only paid for one room, which is probably true given the functionality of the App. We were told there are towels in each room, but we only had 1 towel in Family Room that we had booked that we had to share. Value for Money otherwise is great, great beds, geyser service, good shower pressure, no weird smells, overall clean. There was a cigarette box by the window and used tissues around the corners of the room, so cleaning can be better. The apartment doesn't come with any amenities except for 1 towel per room, hot water and linens. It is good enough for a night's stay if you're carrying your own toiletries. There is also TV in the drawing room and a common microwave. The serviceman's attitude and customer service could use an upgrade.
