Very Disappointing Experience Standards Have Gone Down
I have stayed at this hotel many times before, but unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The new staff are very unprofessional and the overall service quality has clearly gone down.
During my stay, I heard staff members using inappropriate and offensive language in front of customers while going in the lift. Late at night, some staff were also making unnecessary noise outside the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep.
The hotel also did not feel clean or well-maintained. You can frequently see dirty-looking staff and an overall lack of proper cleanliness around the hotel.
The breakfast was very basic with very limited options. They advertise free drinking water every day, but you have to call the front desk repeatedly just to get it delivered to your room.
I also requested a bedsheet change, but despite making the request, it was not done. I ended up using the same bedsheet for 7 days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had a much better experience, which makes this visit even more disappointing. The new staff, poor service, lack of cleanliness, noise, and poor housekeeping have seriously affected the quality of my stay.
Overall, a terrible experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the staff training, cleanliness, housekeeping, and customer service.

The hotel is not as it appears in the pictures. The staff is friendly but the hotel rooms look dirty. Not like the picture.
