    1. We had booked Executive room and to our utter dismay - the toilet in room no 218 - was so poorly positioned in the toilet area that it was difficult to sit on the seat! When approached the front desk - they immediately changed the room but fact of the matter is - this problem is very well known to the staff and still this room was allotted to us! More intrigued part is that one of the staff - was suggesting to use the toilet seat with some skewed seating - ridiculous ideas as the staff don’t have the requisite training! Politeness was there but totally lagged in customer care and no finesse at all!! 2. Most of the plug points were not functional as poor quality sockets have been used and nothing was done to rectify the switches or to provide some kind of alternative accessories to use the existing sockets! 3. Tea Satchels were of poor quality 4. Lot of money has been spent on the property in creating - a kind of opulence but the project team ( being an engineer ) has let down the promoters!
