    Bit miss understanding between owner and their staff. Pictures online of the place doesn't give you clear idea of what are you booking. It's a small place, with 36rooms facing the swimming pool / lounge area, and 3 of them are ground floor and other 3 above . We booked the only available option online via Agoda that was direct access ground floor . When arrived realised that wasn't for us as it was a bit invasive, no intimacy on these units. Spoke to the receptionist and offered one available "studio" above , which felt more comfortable, even having to pay 4000 pesos on top of the. 14 000 pesos paid thu Agoda, and the receptionist told me that on that room could we sunset from the balcony. Even I knew wasn't true as property is surrounded by palm trees. That was my mistake and I decided to pay for it. Note that I went on end of high season and felt overpriced for what it is. On top of it, owner lives there, and has a fixation with the hotel appearance, and doesn't allow to anyone to hang anything on the balcony or anywhere that can be seen from outside, despite of being 50 meters away from beach, and having a swimming pool. She or her staff will be banging your door to request to remove or even access to the balcony and remove it themselves . Feel stressed going on holidays. Last , you are offered a set breakfast, juice , coffee + milk or americano and options between omelette/eggs with bacon /avocado, fruit with yoghurt and granola. If you don't like anything, it's your problem. When
