Localisation de l'appartement, la propreté, le goût du choix des mobiliers, très bien équipé, votre appartement pourrait être top, vraiment top si...
hall d'immeuble noir, sans lumière, qui pue très fort l'urine de chat et la cigarette : très, très détestable. escalier de l'appartement très sombre, cigarette du voisin très désagréable dès qu'on sort ou rentre dans l'appartement, Transmission de code de boîte à clé oublié ! Transmission de code wifi oublié aussi ! lit très inconfortable (très mou, petit, semble usé), porte de chambre qui grince très (trop ) fort, chauffage de sdb...glacé (pas agréable quand on sort de douche, encore + avec des enfants en bas âge)
