Новый, чистый и комфортный отель. Удобная кровать, хороший матрас, халаты, все необходимые принадлежности. Видно, что собственники вложили силы и средства, постарались создать достойный продукт. Хотя по некоторым материалам и отделке заметна экономия, в целом впечатление положительное.
Сервис пока не соответствует уровню самого отеля. Ощущается нехватка персонала, подготовки и стандартов обслуживания. Например, в 8:40 утра в ресторане часть освещения выключена, официантов нет, приходится самостоятельно искать сотрудников. Не хватает организованности, профессионализма и внимания к деталям. При этом видно, что люди стараются, поэтому вопрос скорее к менеджменту, чем к самим сотрудникам.

Положение, близко к южным горам - озера и прочее. Отель новый, не усталый.
Бар и кухня не работают после 11 вечера. Не убрали номер за 3 дня, даже не поменяли полотенца. Персонал не в курсе, почему уборщицы не приходят - сотрудники ресепшена с трудом отвечали на вопросы. На завтраке забыли, что мы заказывали после 20 мин ожидания.
