Central to Everything and very easy to navigate.

The futon as a bed was hard. But raised with owner and they dropped off a topper for it so it made it much nicer and sleepable.

For someone attending the conference centre, it was an excellent location. I also liked the view and access to a washing machine. The kitchen had just enough to be useful and the inclusion of tea and coffee was nice (a small UHT milk wouldn't have gone astray though)

Finding which entrance and the letterbox was a bit of a challenge. I'm sympathetic that its going to be hard to describe easily, but when you're bogged down in luggage and wondering if you've got it right, its still a bit of a challenge. The main bed was super comfy. The single bed was so-so, and the sofa bed got bad reviews. I wouldn't recommend anyone planning to sleep on it unless it was really needed. At the same time, the place is only a little more expensive than a 3 single bed hotel room and is much nicer. We needed bedlinen for the sofabed which wasn't there but was provided when we asked. That was appreciated.

Location. Building facilities.

Towels, Furniture, all felt very cheap to just fill the room and rent a property out. Bare minimum. Green tea bags, no coffee or black tea, some of the simple things were a miss.
