This is a 100% NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind (including vapes) is STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, balcony or in common areas.
If any smell, residue, or evidence of smoking is detected, a STRICT $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged.
DAMAGES – COST OF REPAIR + $500 PENALTY 🚫
Any damages to furniture, walls, appliances, or other parts of the property will result in a charge for the full cost of repairs or replacement, plus a STRICT $500 PENALTY for breach of terms.

Great property with. Access to lovely facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room). Stroll to Docklands, Casino, city. Flinders street Tram straight out the front and one around to corner for direct Tran to St Kilda Beach.
