Great area, very close to shopping, food, parks, etc. For New York it is a good deal for 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It suited me, my partner, and our friend well for a week long visit during which we did a combination of cooking in the unit andneating out. The kitchen is small, but we could make coffee, use the stove, oven, and microwave to make meals. The staff was also really responsive. During our stay, the power stopped working in one bathroom. They had maintenance over in an hour and fixed it.
It's small but that's New York. Yes there are some rats outside by trash, but again, that's New York. I don't think the property can really do anything about that.
