Très bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant et au petit soin avec notre bébé d’un an. Petit dej assez complet. Piscine et source chaude hyper agréable. Emplacement très calme loin de l’agitation du centre ville de Siwa. Petit plus pour le grand jardin dans lequel on peut se poser et se détendre. Chambre très propre, avec tout le nécessaire. L’hôtel est magnifique, parfaitement intégré à la nature, avec un superbe jardin qui rend le lieu encore plus beau que sur les photos. La source thermale est un vrai atout pour se détendre le soir. Le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant et attentionné. Comme je suis arrivé très tôt, ma chambre a été préparée bien avant l’heure de check-in, ce qui a été très apprécié. La chambre était confortable avec vue sur les palmiers. Sans aucun doute l’établissement le plus charmant de mon voyage en Égypte.

The room is sooooo nice, big and clean. I liked that everything is lile the photos exactly. I also liked the water eye and pool, they were so fun and relaxing.

The breakfast could've have more varieties.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Siwa, and I’ve stayed in five others during my previous visits. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The facilities are excellent, and what truly stands out is the staff. They are incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely treat you like family, which makes the whole experience even more special. The rooms are very comfortable, and the outdoor spaces are beautifully designed. There are plenty of seating areas in the garden where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also offers both a swimming pool and natural hot water springs, which add a unique and relaxing touch to the stay. Another great advantage is that they can arrange professional tour guides, you can check them on Instagram “ Yallah Siwa Travel”; who will plan your trips and take you to the hidden gems of Siwa, making your experience even more authentic and memorable. The breakfast is absolutely spectacular, with a great variety and high quality. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Siwa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience.

Honestly, everything met or exceeded expectations, and the overall experience was excellent.
