I liked how welcoming and comfortable the property was. Also how friendly the staff was as it was a hot a day. The person provided a fan and cold drinks

The owner was amazingly friendly, polite and helpful. The room was big and had its small toilet and shower nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room and everywhere were tidy. The owners were very quiet and I don’t think I hardly ever heard them. The property was well placed in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from Erith train station.

No towels ! I think this is the first place I have stayed in in 30+ years that doesn’t provide a towel. Ok I should have read the details as it doesn’t say they DO provide them, but just wasn’t expected. A mirror somewhere would have been nice. I’m no oil painting (lol) but would be nice to know you look presentable when going out especially as I was towel less and therefore no shower. No mirror in room, bathroom or hallway. Pillows were adequate. In all my reviews I say .. owners try sleeping a night with the pillows you give the guests … comfortable?

Very helpful and friendly couple, the room had a fridge freezer and a microwave which was very handily, the property is extremely clean and well looked after. Will definitely be staying again.
