Great location. Quiet place. Excellent host. Warm welcome. Cooking arrangements in place. Quite easy to get autos to busstand or any other location. Safe too. ACs in the living room and bedroom. Reasonably clean washroom. Ensures privacy.
The access to the homestay is through a steep staircase which is inconvenient. The balcony needs lighting. The bed could be bigger. The personal belongings and family photos could be removed since it's a place for hire for guests.
