Host themselves were amazing. Super accomadating. Was able to check out a little later. Laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash was provided. The apartment unit was good.
Gym had no AC states under repair. We stayed at the facility before there wasn't AC then. Seems to just not function at all.
Pool doesn't seem to be managed as much as it should as floor was dusty. I would reconsider if you plan on staying and using the facilities or contact host to make sure AC is working in the gym at the time of your stay

Spacious and clean apartment, super nice host, pool and gym facilities. Pool is shadowed which is great! Views are nice!
Location is bit remote and not in nicest part of the city but you get with 10’ Grab in the District 1

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described in the listing, which gave us a great first impression. Communication with the host was seamless — they responded quickly, clearly, and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. A particularly thoughtful touch was the generous supply of bottled drinking water, which we really appreciated.
