Quiet Luxury Suite with Balcony - City View - Zenity District 1

The location is convenient and there is a Pizza 4Ps right downstairs the apartment.

The master bedroom toilet had a lot of mosquitos, the floor of the apartment was also slightly dusty.

The room was really nice and comfortable , nice view from the 12th floor

The room was really nice and comfortable but we asked from the staff to just give us new towels every day and just take the trash out , something they never did . The never bringed us new towels or take the trash . And finally in the check out day , we asked for 10 minutes to get ready because we overslept and then suddenly at 12:10 a random guy opened the door and got in our room asking to leave now .

Great host easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and responded quickly. Great accommodation with spectacular views and the roof top swimming pool was amazing. The fish pool area below was a great space to cool down with a nice breeze. Great sized apartment and easy to catch a grab and go where we needed.

The building where the house is located is safe and clean. The location of the house is good.

The person who handed over the house to us did not speak English and responded late to WhatsApp messages. The TV in the bedroom has no satellite connection. There was construction material on the balcony, and it became dirty. There is only one armchair in the living area. There is not enough seating space in the house. The furniture is not new, and the house lacks any comfort. The house could be better decorated and more seating space could be provided. There are only 3 sun loungers by the pool in the building. The railings around the pool are completely rusty. The pool is swimmable, but the surroundings are very bad.
