Quiet Luxury Suite with Balcony - City View - Zenity District 1

Location perfect for my reasons of being there.

Hard to pay with Wise card as treated a# credit card with hig( fees but is really a debit card, was a process to pay with Wise bank transfer with limited English from host.

Spacious, clean, quiet

No conditioner for hair No tea or coffee provided

Modern, clean and location was good. Stones throw to city while providing space to and relax.

No sofa bed as listed. Had to continually ask host for missing items that should be readily available e.g. cutlery, kettle, extra towels, linen and airbed due to no sofa bed. Experienced power loss multiple times a day for the first 2 days, and 2 evacuations. Not a good start to our stay in Vietnam. But once things got resolved and items provided, we could finally enjoy the rest of our stay.

Nice sized apartment that had a downstairs pool. All rooms were clean and they had AC. There is a pizza restaurant at the ground floor the apartments which is world class compared to the pizzas I’ve had around the world. I didn’t expect that the best pizza of my life would be in Vietnam.

Even though there were 4 of us staying we were only allowed 2 keys which impacted our trip significantly. You can’t even use the elevators without a key and one key is needed to power the room. Also we were disappointed to find that few of the pictures used to advertise the property and were selling points like the rooftop pool and bar we were unable to access because of the apartment we were in. This was not clear at all. The location is just okay. It’s in district one but right at the edge so you still have to walk quite a distance to get to the centre of the city. The walk is very unfriendly pedestrian so I would recommend getting a taxi.
