Arenzia apartment

The location is perfect, with short walks to the old town, train station, bus stops and very good restaurants. The apartment has high ceilings, is beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything we needed for a week of vacation. All in all, an awesome experience! When we come back, we'll stay here again. :)

The apartment is located at quite a noisy street. We had no problems with sleeping but sensitive people might consider bringing earplugs.

Doskonała lokalizacja w pobliżu Stazione Centrale, blisko morza, ogrodu botanicznego. Apartament idealny. Przestronny, czysty z doskonale zaopatrzoną kuchnią. Czekała na nas woda mineralna, chlebek, ciasteczka, dżemiki, kawa, herbata. Gospodarz zadbał o każdy detal np. Książki , albumu o Sycylii. Polecamy

位置很好，离火车站很近。房间很大并且干净，设施齐全，应有尽有。而且房东先生很热情，给我们介绍了房间的使用跟附近的餐厅，推荐来巴勒莫的游客入住！

在三楼，没有电梯，楼下会有一点吵，但是房间本身隔音还不错。

The flat is spacious, comfortable, fully equipped and well furnished. The bed was also very comfortable. I appreciated that there was a big desk to work from and the owners had also left some pen and paper which came in quite handy. A highlight is definitely the little cute balcony from where you can enjoy a nice street view with some trees. The proximity to the wonderful Orto Botanico is also quite nice.

I don’t have any bad remarks about the flat itself, as it was really a great stay. However, I feel I need to mention that I’m used to traveling and visiting lots of different countries but being a solo traveler in Palermo at night I didn’t always feel extra safe. The street where the flat is located is ok, because it’s a big street with lots of cars passing by. With the implication that it’s also quite loud though. At the same time, you’re also very close to the central station which is never an ideal area in any city. Also if you want to go to Kalsa, a very cute neighboring area with lots of nice restaurants and bars, you need to cross a sort of dark parking lot and a big park which are both sketchy.
