Nova Haus - Newly Built, Luxury Apartments in Residential Suburb of Colombo

Finding a short term accommodation in the busy city of Colombo can be challenging. But our stay at Nova Haus proved to be a pleasant surprise. Located in the suburbs of the city, the apartment offers both convenience and tranquility. The interior is modern and tastefully furnished, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it ideal for longer stays.

One of the highlights was the cleanliness. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and our host and manager of the building, Harsha, was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable making Internet access more convenient. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to any one looking for a cozy apartment to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at this new apartment from January 30th to February 7th, 2026. As the first guests, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, quiet, and offered a lovely view from the balcony on the third floor. Mr. Harsha, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his warm hospitality, especially since we sometimes returned late at night—he and the gatekeeper always greeted us with a smile. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we genuinely enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

I have been in colombo many times before. But that is as by far the best property I have stayed at. This is a new property with great attention for details. It is designed with good taste and well thought out for comfort. Best place to stay in colombo for short or long stay.
