"Marijan", 4-room semi-detached house 86 m2. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, renovated in 2019, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room 15 m2 with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, CD-player, hi-fi system, DVD, wood-burning stove, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen 20 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, pizza oven) with dining table and dining nook. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating, electric heating, boiler (300 litres). On the lower ground floor: (steep stair) large playroom with hydro massage bath. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating.
