Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, renovated in 2019, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room 18 m2 with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen 15 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, pizza oven) with dining table, dining nook and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Heating, electric heating, boiler (300 litres). On the lower ground floor: (steep stair) large playroom with hydro massage bath. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings with curtain with 1 bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), sitting area. Beautiful distant view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the garden, the resort, the river and the forest.
