A nice house location, not as spacious as we assumed, but the stay had everything we needed to include free laundry. Customer service was very responsive and helped when needed.
It was odd that we had to find extra linens on our own when we booked for 3 people. I guess I assumed 2 sleeping areas would be made up not just 1. Also you have to start the laundry with all the sheets and towels before you leave. All minor things and I guess it keeps it a bit more affordable. No coffee which would have been nice.
