Thanks for viewing our beautiful condo in the Historically rich Victorian district of Savannah! This location makes one feel local and loved. It's walking distance to all shopping and restaurants as well as being outside of the booming nightlife which offers serene walks in the morning and promotes great energy to walk the gorgeous city in the afternoons. With being 2 blocks from famous Forsyth Park, this well-appointed space offers first floor, easy access to the top attractions of historic Savannah. The location offers foodies, history buffs, nature and art lovers value and convenience.
A fantastic way to start the day is to walk two blocks to Maté Factor for a coffee and a freshly baked pastry or sandwich. If you're looking to walk through Forsyth with a coffee or have some vegetarian yumminess, stop by Sentient Bean, which is at the South end of the park, just four easy and walkable blocks from our condo.
Let's talk about cocktails and lovely dinners! Start at Mansion on Forsyth for a craft cocktail in their upstairs Casimir's lounge. Then take a walk through the park to Local 11 Ten Food & Wine, where you can dine inside or enjoy a drink and appetizers at the rooftop bar. Not wanting fancy and need comfort? Take a four block walk to Cuoco Pazzo, a little Italian restaurant with a rustic ambiance and creative dishes.
Sometimes you're out all day looking at the beauty of the city and need to chill. We've got you covered! We're steps from a full-size grocery store, Forsyth Farmers Market, or Brighter Days Natural Foods. These options provide the best options for an amazing night in of cooking in our fully equipped kitchen. The black granite countertops, Stainless steel appliances, and open kitchen make it fun to cook and converse with your friends and family while feeling like you're at home. Our breakfast bar provides seating for four and there's an additional table with seating if you'd rather have dinner at the table.
A little about our unit: Our living room offers gorgeous sunlight through the custom shutters. Our plush sleeper sofa and love seat let you melt right in after a magical day in the City. Catch up on your favorite shows with cable or connect to the wifi to check out what happened that day online. If you're too tired to lay in the living area, retire to the master and watch cable TV there in your king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a corner armchair where you can curl up with a good book. If you need it dark, this would be the room to hibernate in. This is an interior roof and does not have a window. It works well for an office, kids room or a general napping room. Keep the door open and you'll get plenty of light!
We love the bathroom because it features a good size walk-in shower and ample space to spread toiletries on the counter. We're happy to send you a better picture of the size of the shower if needed. We also stock with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.
Do you happen to have a dog? Well, we're dog lovers and will consider your pooch. Our shared backyard is fully fenced and available for your buddy to run around. Pet Fee is $200 for the stay.
We also have assigned parking for one vehicle and there is additional free street parking.

We're also happy to offer daily, weekly or bi-weekly cleaning if needed at an additional charge. Please let us know when booking.
**There will be a mandatory monthly cleaning for all renters staying over 30 days. This will include filter replacement for the HVAC. Payment will be made to the cleaning company at time of service**
- Savannah International Trade & Convention Center is just 4 miles
- Hilton Head Airport is 12 miles and between $25-$30 for the cab ride
- Memorial Hospital is 3.3 miles
- Candler St.Joseph's Hospital is 3.5 miles
- Hunter Army Airfield is 4.9 miles
We're happy to offer invoicing and receipts for your company. Please let us know when booking.
Utilities are based off $130 credit per month on longer-term tenants. Utilities average under $100 per month, so there is a nice swing if you like the property a certain temperature. The utilities include trash, recycle, water, electricity. Any over usage will result in a charge to the tenant.

My husband and I loved Tiffany's condo! It was the perfect spot for us and our two Golden Retrievers to spend the month working remotely and vacationing. The location could not have been more ideal -- the grocery store and natural foods store are so close we just popped in for whatever we needed for the day; it's just two blocks from Forsyth Park but very quiet. The condo was impeccably clean and looked exactly as pictured, the bed was comfortable, the neighbors are friendly, and Tiffany and the property managers were wonderful! Having a fenced in backyard/courtyard was definitely convenient with our pups, too. If/when we get another chance to spend a month or more in Savannah, we'll definitely check availability on Tiffany's condo first!

I have had the most amazing time staying at this property. Tiffany was a dream of a “landlord” and was always available for questions, etc. The property managers were very kind and helpful whenever anything came up, which wasn’t often. The listing looked exactly as pictured, the beds were very cozy and everything was so clean! I felt very comfortable staying here during COVID. I had family and friends visit (after getting tested) off and on and the space was great for two. There was a desk provided where I was able to work remotely and I will definitely be coming back. The WiFi was fine for multiple people working full time, I never had an issue.
On the neighborhood: I’ve been to Savannah before and wanted to stay a little closer to downtown but this property was the best fit for my budget and was pet friendly. I was absolutely wrong, THIS IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD YOU WANT! It is well within walking distance to downtown, two blocks from Forsyth park (and the Saturday farmers market!) and 15 minutes walking to the up and coming Starland District. This is the ideal Savannah neighborhood and the community is so friendly. I now know everyone in the building and the people across the street! I’m absolutely in love with this space and highly recommend it.

This was a great stay for myself and my dogs. Just a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park and a the free bus which takes you into town. The house was fully stocked which was amazing! It was easy to contact the owner and property manager if I had any questions. Great stay Tiffany was amazing!!
