Menaggio Lake Como Elegance

Great location, new clean apartment. 3 bedrooms, however two of them are connected so you have to go through one room to get to the other which if you aren’t close family can be hard/weird but worked for our group of 3 couples well enough.

The hot water didn’t work while we were there for 3 days and they could not get anyone to come fix it. Also no elevator and it was on the top floor.

The location of the apartment was perfect — everything we needed was within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, shops, and the ferry port. The apartment is newly renovated, clean, stylish, and has everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the ice maker, as it was very hot during our visit. The host was amazing — always replied almost immediately and helped us with every small issue we had. We were also especially grateful for the private parking space. It was very important for us, and parking in Menaggio can be quite difficult to find.

We had a brief issue with the electricity due to a city-wide outage, but the host was very responsive, helped as much as possible, and it was resolved quickly.

L appartement est situé a 2 pas du centre ville, du supermarché, du lac et de l embarcadere. C est idéal. La prestation est de haute qualité. Les materiaux choisis et la decoration sont de tres bon gout et elegants. Alessandro nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a partage les lieux a visiter et restaurants.

Rien a redire. C était parfait !

The apartment is very nice, clean and spacious. Very good for 6 people. It is 6-7 minutes from the ferry and has restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The host Alessandro is very friendly. I highly recommend it.
