please make it clear how far away the pool is the photos look like the pool is close but it is further away than appears

la vue magnifique et stupéfiante depuis tous les endroits de la maison grâce aux grandes baies vitrées et aux terrasses sur deux niveaux la qualité de l'espace intérieur et de l'espace extérieur (terrasses bien conçues et jardins bien entretenus)

les pannes électriques à répétition pendant 3 jours du fait d'un court-circuit l'un des lavabos était bouché la piscine difficile d'accès pour les personnes marchant difficilement

The villa is very good and the views are stunning.

The keys were easy to collect but the property door had been double locked. We could not get in and no one answered the numbers we had. We found a top door to use after a worrying hour. There were no instructions to find this door. The host company came out the next day after several emails. It was not a good start and was very stressful.

The views are amazing. It had everything supplied that you need although a couple of spare towels would’ve been handy.

We arrived by ferry into Menaggio, however there were no taxis and the bus didn’t turn up. We ended up walking up hill for 45 mins with suitcases which nearly killed us. Had we known this in advance we would’ve arrived a different way. Once we got the hang of the bus route however it became a little easier but they were every 1.5 hours so you couldn’t really eat in town in the evening. We managed to get an uber once but again very infrequent so a car is definitely recommended. The villa definitely needs a spruce up. There were cobwebs in corners, the toilet roll holder was on the floor in the main bathroom with no paper and the grass needed cutting outside. The entrance stairs were filthy and two sunbeds were broken. Better fans are needed throughout the whole house. The heat was unbearable and the small fans provided weren’t enough to cope so maybe a couple of air conditioning units would be better in lounge and main bedroom which being top floor retained the heat. ( you can’t open windows at night due to the mosquitoes) 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have fantastic views however 1 doesn’t which is ok for kids but if all adults you would have to toss a coin to see who loses!
