Beautiful Apartment with Parking Central Exeter

- Nice, clean and great place for the family. Everyone was happy seeing the place. - Great communication from the host and always seemed happy to help and offer advice/help/support. - Back garden was really nice with place to sit and access via french door. It was landscaped over 2 steps with some steps to go down. Gave it more natural feel and great vibe. Communal but did not see many people using it. - There were 2 keysafes and I did call the host as not able to open the first one. Later realised it just needs lubrication as felt stiff. However, did the person on the phone was really nice and helpful. - Good storage and wardrobes in the larger room. - Fans also provided. Oil radiators present for winters as well. - Also more than enough toilotteries and items even including dishwasher tablets. - Has washer/dryer in one which is great if you want to do washing and don't want to worry about drying clothes.

- I think a motion sensor over the front door wold have been ncie to turn on a light as can get dark outside. There are sensors if coing towards the property. - The worktop in the bathroom was wooden and I wouldn't deduct the point for it. Personally, I would not prefer it with kids as they can spill water over it and can cause damage over longer period of time.
