Johnstone & Grace thank you for warmly welcoming us into your beautiful space. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped to host our small group. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was Vincent, the property guard. He was always available to support us, whether it was helping with cleaning, ensuring the property was secure, or answering any questions we had. His kindness and dedication made a real difference to our experience. We also appreciated the property's convenient location close to town and your prompt responses whenever we reached out with questions. The compound is beautifully maintained and provides a wonderful space to relax, especially in the evenings. Overall, thank you again for your warm hospitality. We had a wonderful time in Fort Portal and would happily recommend your property to others.

As this is a new property, we have a few suggestions that could make future guests' stays even better. Since electricity supply can be unreliable, having an alternative power source would be a great addition, especially as many of the appliances depend on electricity. It would also help to provide enough electricity tokens for larger groups so guests can comfortably use all the available appliances throughout their stay. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but it would be worth checking that even basic items, such as a dish rack, are always available. We also encourage everyone involved in managing the property to be mindful of their tone when communicating with guests. We understand that new properties are still finding their rhythm, and a welcoming, understanding approach goes a long way when guests have requests or questions. For any future Airbnb projects, a slightly larger kitchen and bathroom would make the space even more comfortable.
