SILVER OAKS HOTEL Boma

The reception staff were extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to enquiries. The room was large and beds were comfortable with good mosquito nets. Am not sure the pool was available for use during our stay, it certainly wasn't mentioned and at a quick glance did not appear to be accessible. There was a slightly noise issue with a generator, which you have to expect to some degree if the power is down, but even then the manager was extremely prompt in responding to the issue raised and resolved it before I had even returned to the room, from the reception desk. The restaurant was very spacious, food was good, and again the staff were outstanding.

Not much, really. The only slight issue we had was resolved immediately, so really during our very short stay there was nothing not to like. I guess the pool being available for use would be good.

The locaction was great considering I was attending an event that was at Boma Grounds, which is less than 100 metres away from the hotel. The food and speed of service exceeded my expectations. I would like to particulary point out Marvis, the lady at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was the highlight of our stay here!
