The staff was very kind, the location was nice but keep in mind the area is very humid. There was hot water.
The room had too many issues. The door was half way open, ants in the room, the curtain were not installed properly which can fall if accidentally pulled the wrong way and sometimes there was foul smell that came from the bathroom pipes. Problem was we were with a 6 year old and even after we asked to changed the room because of these flaws, we were ignored. Thankfully we were only staying for 1 day.
