inside restaurent was closed. No breakfast within hotel. absolutely NO option for dinner nearby. N

Location to bund, staffs very friendly

Air condition was too noisy. I request they change the room.

中心部に近く観光しやすい。ホテルのスタッフの対応が良い。コンビニが併設されている。料金はリーズナブル。

建物や設備はやや古さを感じる。地下鉄の駅から徒歩10分程度あり、スーツケースがあると移動は少し大変。

Location was great as we got to ride the city bikes (bikes were right outside) to yuyuan garden or to the bund. There was a nice convenient store in the lobby. The view was amazing, we could see the pearl and surrounding buildings lit up at night.

During our 2nd day while we were out, our door was left open by who we think we're cleaning staff, we got new towels, but the key was left in the room, as well as our door being open a crack. Nothing was taken or anything, but it was worrying as we had our valuables in the room. The staff we told when we returned that extra key left in our room, were a little dismissive of the issue. I'm sure it was a mistake, but wasn't a nice experience with the staff. Also wifi was unusable, it was very slow.
