    It was a great experience staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. During my stay, I ordered a parcel from a Chinese shopping app. However, since I didn’t have a local Chinese phone number, I was unable to contact the delivery driver after the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful. The next scheduled delivery was on Monday evening, but I was due to fly home on Monday afternoon. I explained my situation to the front desk staff, and they immediately stepped in to help. They contacted the driver on my behalf and communicated with him in Chinese. Thanks to their assistance, my parcel was successfully delivered the following afternoon, just one day before I checked out. I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Their exceptional service made my stay even more enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Not to mention it is value for money. Clean and near to most attractions.

    nice hotel with good service, very near to subway station. Though is not within Nanjing Road pedestrian steet, it is walkable to eateries and supermarket. Family room is spacious.
