I usually pay close attention to the number of reviews before booking a place, but this time I booked without really checking. It was only after I arrived that I realized the property had most likely only been available for rent for a short time. Looking back, I'm really glad I didn't let that influence my decision :) The host was waiting for us on arrival, adjusted to our arrival time without any issues, and the key handover was quick and easy. The house itself is absolutely wonderful, and my only regret is that we stayed for such a short time. The views are breathtaking, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and I would have happily spent several more days there just enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space around the house is perfect for relaxing, whether you're having a morning coffee or simply taking in the scenery. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. Before arriving, I noticed a review mentioning that the shower was dirty. I honestly don't agree with that - in my opinion it was simply discoloration caused by age and regular use and we had no concerns about cleanliness at all. Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location and I would definitely love to come back for a longer visit next time. :)
