Bellissimo poter fare tutte le mattine la colazione sul balcone guardando direttamente le montagne. La casa è una piccola bomboniera, arredata con gusto, tutti gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio. Si vede che è un monolocale di nuova costruzione. Posizione defilata rispetto a Temù ma non isolata visto che è inserita in un contesto di nuove costruzioni.

Posizione tranquilla, vista stupenda, ampio balcone, comodità di accesso (garage interrato e ascensore), arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto.
Dalla descrizione che mi compariva sull’app non era chiaro che si trattasse di un monolocale. Tuttavia il divano letto era molto pratico e gli spazi adeguati. Avrei apprezzato la lavastoviglie.
