Modern Cozy Studio in Mabella Rabat

The whole place is compact and indeed "cozy". The bed was so nice to sleep on. We didn't need to use the AC cuz the place was cool enough. The greenery and some certain details of the interior itself made it more of like an actual home that you would want to stay in for long than just a mere temporary place to stay. I mean, the attention to the furnitures here and there... I liked it a lot, or better, my wife and I liked it a lot. There were ample space to park our car along the nearby road. The neighborhood was silent. The noise from the main road outside was minimal or wasn't enough to bother us. It's also fully equipped from the the kitchen, bathroom up to the living area/bedroom area, and it was super clean when we arrived. I would definitely book again if I happen to go to Rabat again.

The bathroom has no natural ventilation but just a mechanical vent that turns on when you turn on the lights. The vent's exhaust leads to the kitchen which also has no natural ventilation but just a mechanical one and a window in the main door in which apparently if you open it, it makes the place less private. However, tho, the neighbors in the building weren't present whenever we decide to open the window so there were no problem with privacy regardless if we open it for ventilation. I hope owner/manager of the studio could improve the ventilation system of the apartment, but regardless of, I would recommend this place 101%.

Everything was great , only 10 minutes taxi ride to Rabat villa station and only 15dh max, smart tv as well, will definitely stay again when in the area, thanks

Leuke studio, van alles voorzien en vooral heel schoon. Abdel , de eigenaar is een heel attente man , toont interesse in je , altijd bereid om te helpen, vraagt of alles naar wens is , super. Waar voor je geld . Ook niet onbelangrijk, het matras lag prima, groot bed , sliep er heerlijk 👍

Gebouw ziet er van buiten wat gedateerd uit , maar zodra je de studio binnenkomt , heel knus en gezellig ingericht.
