The location of the property is only a short taxi from the town centre which cost us around £5 is you use a bolt. The email with the house rules where clear and very detailed. Check in was easy as well.

The front door if not locked from the inside means anyone off the street can walk in, I advise getting a new system in place with a thumb twist lock on the inside for fire safety regulations. The kitchen was dirty and when cupboards where opened one of them smelt of fish quite badly. Needs a deep clean. The bathroom is run down and suffers with a ventilation issue, works needed to bring it back upto a liveable condition. The door the room 5 hinges are noisy needs wd40 however again I would recommend fitting fire doors to the rooms with self closures and again thumb twist locks on the inside incase of a fire. The rooms could do with lamps in them.

Very clean and close to the venue, New Parks Social Club I was going to.

Parking is on street and I had to park a fair distance away, but that's the luck of the drawer.

Free parking, area felt safe, house was quiet and peaceful.

Bathroom needs updating, toilet seat falling off, shared space so only one bathroom to several rooms.
