Disponibilità e flessibilità dello staff per procedure di check-in (arrivo tardi la sera) e check-out (bagagli conservati in deposito fino al pomeriggio), per comunicazione e accoglienza (mancava della biancheria nell'appartamento e ci è stata fornita immediatamente, poco dopo essere entrati). Struttura pulita, apparentemente da poco rinnovata: camera matrimoniale ampia, cucina interamente equipaggiata (minifrigo, forno, piano a induzione, stoviglie e pentole) e abitabile con divano letto, bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati, i letti sono comodi, la doccia ampia, sul tavolo ci stanno 4 persone comode, ci sono 3 posti auto interni e disponibilità all'esterno. Posizione comoda e tranquilla per il lago di Garda e Verona.
Piccoli dettagli: i muri non sono spessissimi e si sente un po' chi risiede nell'appartamento a fianco; avrei implementato la dotazione di stoviglie (scolapasta, teglia).

Struttura nuova,appartamenti pulitissimi,dotati di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno. Anche la biancheria di ottima qualità.
Sinceramente non posso trovare difetti alla struttura…tutto curato al meglio
