when we arrived at the hotel, no one greeted us, we stood in front of the hotel for about 40minutes till 1 hour with a small child, I sent e-mails, called the mobile phone, but no one answered, until a lady from the town camed by and managed to get hold of one of the staff, so they they gave us the code from the entrance. There is no light in the room, we had to adjust the TV antenna ourselves, there are a lot of ants in the toilet... But the staff are young, nice people. However, we travel a lot and it has never happened to us to come to the hotel and kiss the door .

Cheap stopover hotel with some constraints

-Cheap stopover Hotel between Verona and Garda Lake. -Good coffee during breakfast.

-Broken airconditioning in the 3-bedroom (room no. 7) made it impossible to sleep in hot August. The Information that the AC broke down that morning is obviously not true, as other travellers have pointed out. -It takes 10min for the water in the shower to heat up.

Assenza totale del personale. Può entrare chiunque a qualsiasi ora e prendere le chiavi delle camere. La persona dell’hotel si deve chiamare ad un numero di cellulare. La tv non funziona. Frigobar staccato. Le tende no coprono totalmente le finestre. Il bar apre alle 10. Struttura su una strada statale. Prezzo elevato per la bassa qualità.

Vicinanza a Gardaland (10' in macchina) e lungo lago di Garda (15' in macchina). Zona servita da bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e supermercati. L'hotel stesso è anche ristorante e bar. Ampio parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Stanza ampia, accogliente e pulita. Bagno spazioso e ben tenuto (presenza di asciugamani di varie dimensioni, prodotti per l'igiene e tappetino). Presenza di piccolo frigo in stanza per riporre eventuali alimenti e/o bottiglie. Aria condizionata presente ed efficace. Grazioso lo spazio esterno dove trascorrere qualche minuto di relax. Personale disponibili e gentile.

Personale giovane e gentilissimo. Abbiamo cenato li presso il ristorante della struttura, abbiamo mangiato bene in un'area meravigliosa, davvero uno spazio incantevole. Vicinissimo e molto comodo per Gardaland.

Netter Empfang beim Checkin. Reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto mit Anhänger.

Das Hotel liegt en wenig versteckt in der zweiten Reihe. Zimmer ziemlich klein - so etwas gibt es in dieser Größe nur noch mitten in Paris oder New York. Leider auch völlig ausgekühlt - die Heizung ließ sich nicht anstellen. Bad ebenso ungeheizt, aber ein Handtuchwärmer konnte Abhilfe schaffen. Wir reden von Mitte November, nota bene. An der Wand hingen „russische Lüster", der Ausbau scheint nie fertig geworden zu sein. Für den gleichen Preis habe ich schon um Welten besser wohnen können - leider. In der Bar nebenan gab es zum Glück einen Kaffee - der Frühstücksraum des Hotels war nämlich leider geschlossen.
