Bliskość Starego Miasta, restauracji, dworca kolejowego i plaży, środków komunikacji miejskiej, pod oknami przystanek autobusu na lotnisko. Sebastian przyjął zgłoszenie awarii okna i następnego dnia usterka została usunięta. Był bardzo życzliwy. I super opcją był bezpłatny transfer z lotniska.
Trochę przeszkadzał w nocy hałas i nie działała klimatyzacja - Sebastian poinformował że sezon letni zaczyna się dopiero 15 czerwca. W pokojach po powrocie w godzinach 16-18 było 29-30 stopni. Masakra. Po otwarciu wszystkich okien po 2-3 godzinach robiło się dopiero znośnie.
