The excessive amounts of pillows was great it was clean and comfortable
There was no coffee and only 1 tea bag. The sugar was clumpy aswell so I wasn’t very comfortable using it

The decor is fabulous, the instructions were clear.
The access point when coming in an uber is a bit confusing - reception does a good job of explaining and assisting.

The host is such a great person she literally did not snap at us or anything when we called her midnight to get clarity on the lift code . She was so sweet and so kind . Also her apartment is breathtakingly beautiful. Very cozy and warm
