they asked me more then a time the lte arrival fees ( I paid once) they asked me to pay it twice

The location is excellent. Would like it to be serviced more often, if not every day at least every 3 days.
The noise on Friday and Saturday nights is unacceptable. People screaming and carrying on from 11 pm to 2.30 am.
The clothes drier was very dirty had to ask the host to clean it. The sofa is very uncomfortable and the cushions are stained - possibly caused by water from Airconditioner dripping on them. Need to leave instructions on how to operate the stove and oven.

There is plenty of security so I felt safe. And it’s near the mall of Africa which is a bonus.
The fact that it says some essentials are provided and then to come to an empty room with not even a single bottle of water. You can’t call 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of sugar essentials. Essentials should at the very least include a bottle or two of water. I was extremely disappointed. I have been to apartments which has the essentials to get you through the first day. That was not it!
