I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautifully located with easy access to malls, restaurants and essential amenities, which made getting around very convenient. I particularly appreciated its proximity to Netcare Waterfall City Hospital. The unit was comfortable and well maintained, and I loved having easy access to the kitchenware, crockery and utensils, which made the stay feel very convenient, especially when preparing meals. The host was also extremely welcoming, attentive and prompt in responding to any queries, which made the overall experience even better. I really appreciated the level of service and hospitality.

There were no major issues during my stay. A small improvement would be to provide a little more tea/coffee station supplies, particularly sugar, as the quantity provided was limited. I would also suggest making the refundable breakage deposit and refund process more clearly visible before booking.

There is plenty of security so I felt safe. And it’s near the mall of Africa which is a bonus.

The fact that it says some essentials are provided and then to come to an empty room with not even a single bottle of water. You can’t call 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of sugar essentials. Essentials should at the very least include a bottle or two of water. I was extremely disappointed. I have been to apartments which has the essentials to get you through the first day. That was not it!
