Hot water pot had a broken plug (prongs were uneven) Snack inventory was incorrect

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and welcoming. We especially appreciated the air-conditioning, the comfortable beds, and the convenience of having access to the kitchen and other facilities.

The only issues we encountered were with the bathroom. First, the rack above the toilet wasn't properly secured and nearly fell on me. Second, the shower knob was loose and eventually fell off at one point. We were also taken off guard that we needed to pay to use the pool. I wish this was disclosed to us beforehand. And, we were a bit thrown off that we needed to pay for guest kits. Usually that's already included when you pay for your stay, so we were shocked to see that there were prices written on them. These were relatively minor issues, but addressing them would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The location is good and no hassle during check in and check out process. Good Value for the money we pay.

Their Check in is at 3pm and check out time the next day is at 11am. In Hospitality Industry the Standard Operating Procedure for check in should be at 2pm and the check out should be at 12 Noon.

Very neat and clean, had set of everything, very comfortable, has tons of shows on the tv, great view from the pool, and safe place.
