Golf Course+Heated Pool+Spa+Pool Table

The house is beautiful! It is well maintained and clean. Plenty of space for the whole family. We were four adults, and it was ideal. Having the pool table and private backyard pool/spa made it feel extra luxurious. The small den area upstairs between the two smaller bedrooms and the downstairs powder room were unexpected bonuses. There were plenty of towels, especially for the pool. The AC worked exceptionally well, which is very important for summertime in Phoenix. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you could need if you intend to cook. If not, about 5 minutes away is a large mall with such a large variety of nice restaurants, you can easily find something you'll like. Glenn, who met us at the house and showed us around was delightful and very helpful. We felt well taken care of. I only wish we could have spent more time here! We'll definitely be back for another stay!

It's hard to find anything we didn't like. Maybe one thing to note is that the backyard is on a golf course with a metal bar fence you can see through. If you like a little more privacy, you might not like that. At night, of course, there is no one going by, but we did see quite a few golf carts on the path during the mornings. I'd also have to say that the master bedroom mattress was way firm for our liking. However, that's a personal preference. It might be nice to offer a pillow top you could add for longer stays. There were also plenty of pillows to help us get more comfortable.
