Propreté, confort de la chambre, équipement
Personnel non ou peu bilingue (même en anglais),impression d’une usine ( encaissement en cash, carte donnée) , froideur des hôtes, … une machine à fric!! Dommage le lieu est nickel, propre, bien situé

D棟は新しくて清潔だったので良かったです。 Bookingに記載されている住所通りに行くと別の棟に辿り着いてしまうので、Orbi tower Dなどと検索して行くと良いと思います。 オーナーの事務所にチェックイン前と後に荷物を置かせてくれたりして、親切でした。
これはOrbiの設計によるものだが，洗面所の位置が高すぎて背が低い人間には洗顔しづらかった。 あとは下水の臭いがバスルームに充満することがあった。 オーナーの責任ではないのでOrbiの管理会社に報告して改善してもらうと良いと感じました。
