I liked that it was few steps away from the beach, and the view was stunning. Also they had smart TV, and the room owner was really helpful with us and answer you on time.
The lobby is always too crowded with guests and the reception is so small, also the elevator is often crowded so if you live in a high floor you will waste time when getting up or down.

Location, room and inside of building looks nice, good communication.
No sitting at the balcony, not enough toilet paper, no shower gel, building is not completed, surroundings are pretty much construction site, long waiting times for elevator.

-Curtains let the light comes in,better without curtains -Amenities were used( shower gel,shampoo) - We stayed for three nights towels were not changed,we didn't have toilet papers,garbage or room was not cleaned
