Best Point Premium Hotel & Spa, Hagia Sophia, Istanbul

I loved this hotel and service, the location is great you have everything you need around you and only a few mins away from the mosques. Rooms were very spacious and really nice and a nice touch for our anniversary. The service was outstanding big shout out to Gokhan who helped me so much and kept me in the loop with updates with everything and went above and beyond. Brilliant service thank you Gokhan and the staffs who checked up on us and made us feel really comfortable. When I come back to Istanbul I will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much

Everything was great

This property was exceptional. The staff were so attentive and quick to help with every request. The room has very comfortable and well appointed. The hotel was new and very tastefully decorated. We loved the location (walking to restaurants and local attractions was very easy). I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay there again! Thanks

The location is amazing The rooms are neat and clean

There was a terrible smell from the bathroom don’t know if it was due to the rain but that was the only issue . However they did come and out something for the smell so it went away . I would just make sure if that issue is sorted

Cleanliness and location

Lack of closet space
