Cleanliness and Order: I liked that the place smelled really clean when we arrived. Also, no one had to wonder how to connect to the internet because the details are posted on the wall which we see first when we entered. Also I appreciated that detailed and complete instructions to open the door with its access code was provided, a day before we checked in. I mentioned it was detailed because it even included a reminder that pound key must be included otherwise, the door wont open. Very detailed. Reliability: Also i liked that the kitchen had useful utensils, even scissors and I actually needed a pair of scissors to cut my decorations and thought i should have brought one but the unit had it, so no problems at all. ☺️ Host Availability: The host was always responsive on chat to address or answer concerns and was very warm and supportive. Thanks again for that.

Comfortability: Honestly it would have scored it perfectly if the bedroom had its own ac. We had to leave its door open so that the ac temp would reach it and switched on the electric fan as well. It wasnt something that ruined our stay but something that could be improved. ☺️ Swimming Pool Voucher: Again, this did not spoil our stay but felt a litte uncomfortable when I was initially informed that pool vouchers just cost 150php/pax but later stated they had to look for someone who had spare vouchers and to sell it for an increased price of 200php. Im not really sure why someone had to gain profit from it when clearly, even on the voucher itself it said it was only for 150php. I totally understand and I was willing to adjust because my son who was the reason why we booked a place with a pool REALLY wanted to swim. But please do not do that to other customers. Im sure, there would be difficult people who wont appreciate it. Hope you could stick to what you initially stated because if appears deceiving and unprofessional. This is just constructive feedback. I hope you understand. 🙂
