There was delay in checking in...because the apartment wasn't ready

We had a fantastic stay at Omut’s place. The place was spotless on arrival, well-maintained, and exactly like the photos. The apartment is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is a major win: close to great restaurants, malls, and quick access to major roads, but the apartment itself felt quiet and peaceful. Security was solid and we felt safe throughout the stay. Wi-Fi was reliable, hot water was consistent, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Beds were comfortable and the living room was great for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was smooth and professional .check-in was easy and any questions we had were answered quickly. Overall, excellent value for money in one of the best areas of Nairobi. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Très bien situé à l'entrée de Westlands avec un accès facile par voiture. Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute des visiteurs et résidents. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la sécurité qui est mise en place pour assurer la quiétude des résidents. Quelques commodités rendent le séjour agréable notamment la piscine et la salle de sport.

La matériel pour la cuisine dans les appartements, le mécanisme de paiement permettant de payer par carte bancaire et autres mécanismes. Permettre le paiement en cash avec des devises étrangères: Euro, dollars
