Charging a deposit for breakages. This is excessive, they won’t check you in without paying the deposit.

L appartamento e molto bello ma appena arrivato mi hanno chiesto di ripagare perche l ufficio non e stato in grado di trovare in pagamento..
Ho dovuto penare 2 giorni e inviargli la ricevuta per fare partire la procedura di rimborso vetri del soggiorno sporchi lampadini bruciate sul tavolo da pranzo....
Il management gestisce in modo poco professionale il tutto
Su 6 bicchieri da acqua 3 sono rotti e nessuno ha intenzione di sostituirli
6 tazze da the 2 senza piattino
Il fatto di dovere pagare 2 volte inaudito quando ho chiesto di avere il rimborso prima del ceck out mi e stato risposto che i tempi non dipendono da loro
Inaudito pessimo servizio sconsiglio la struttura...per la gestione pessima
