The hotel is located close to shopping malls, coffee shops and restaurants. The reception staff Abdul and his colleagues are very nice and helpful. The Masala chips were really good and delicious.
Rooms towards the street are noisy, if one's sensitive to noise should ask for a room at the backside.

Exceptional stay in Nairobi! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help. The location in Kilimani is very convenient, close to restaurants, malls, and key areas in Nairobi. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, reliable Wi-Fi, and the attention to detail from the housekeeping team. The heated pool and restaurant were an added bonus. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay at Woodmere again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi.
